Following a year marked by two Emmy Awards ceremonies due to industry strikes, 2025 brings new seasons of highly anticipated series. From returning hits like "Severance" on Apple TV+ and "The White Lotus" Season 3 on Max to new installments in major franchises, networks and streaming platforms are set for a packed lineup.
Disney+ will release multiple Marvel shows this year, including "Daredevil: Born Again" and "Ironheart." Additionally, Netflix’s "Wednesday" will see Jenna Ortega reprise her role in Season 2 following a production wrap in late 2024.

March 26 – ‘The Studio’ (Apple TV+)
Seth Rogen leads this comedy series about a struggling movie executive navigating the industry. Co-stars include Catherine O’Hara, Kathryn Hahn, Ike Barinholtz, and Chase Sui Wonders, with guest appearances from Bryan Cranston and Martin Scorsese.
April 8 – ‘The Handmaid’s Tale’ Season 6 (Hulu)
The final season of Hulu’s adaptation of Margaret Atwood’s novel begins with a three-episode premiere. The storyline follows June Osbourne (Elisabeth Moss) as she faces new challenges while separated from her husband, Luke (O-T Fagbenle). The season is expected to conclude on May 27.
April 11 – ‘Your Friends & Neighbors’ (Apple TV+)
Jon Hamm stars as a former hedge fund manager who resorts to crime after a failed marriage. The drama, created by Jonathan Tropper, has already been renewed for a second season.
April 13 – ‘The Last of Us’ Season 2 (HBO/Max)
Returning after a two-year break, the series continues the story of Ellie (Bella Ramsey) and Joel (Pedro Pascal). The cast expands to include Kaitlyn Dever as Abby, Isabela Merced as Dina, and Jeffrey Wright as Isaac.
April 22 – ‘Andor’ Season 2 (Disney+)
Diego Luna returns as Cassian Andor in the Star Wars prequel series, set to continue exploring the Rebellion’s origins. The season features Ben Mendelsohn reprising his role as Orson Krennic from "Rogue One."
May 8 – ‘Poker Face’ Season 2 (Peacock)
Natasha Lyonne reprises her role as Charlie Cale in the mystery-of-the-week series. Season 2 features an extensive guest cast, including Cynthia Erivo, Katie Holmes, Justin Theroux, and John Mulaney.
June 5 – ‘Ginny & Georgia’ Season 3 (Netflix)
The YA drama series returns for its third season, with a fourth installment already greenlit. Sarah Glinski replaces Debra J. Fisher as showrunner.
June 24 – ‘Ironheart’ (Disney+)
Following her appearance in "Black Panther: Wakanda Forever," Dominique Thorne’s Riri Williams takes center stage in a six-episode series. The storyline follows her struggle to advance her technology while dealing with the consequences of being expelled from MIT.
June 27 – ‘Squid Game’ Season 3 (Netflix)
Season 3 of Netflix’s global hit will continue unresolved arcs from Season 2, which premiered in December 2024. Lee Jung-Jae reprises his role as Gi-Hun as he faces new survival challenges.
Summer 2025 – ‘We Were Liars’ (Prime Video)
